Alliance Software, in its commitment to improve customer experience, has launched the Alliance TechSupport Helpdesk to deliver quality technical support to its growing clients. With tools and resources to champion the program, it aims to achieve a maximum 3-day turnaround response time on product/service inquiries and client concerns through email and phone support.

Alliance CEO/President Robert J. Cheng describes the Helpdesk program as "...a major milestone for AEES in the area of customer service and our commitment to improve our service levels."
