The Most Value Contributed (MVC) Award is given to employees who have impacted the company either through savings or additional revenue, and where his actions positively reflected the company's objectives. In addition, the employee's performance should also be consistently over and above the normal expectations for his role. The nominee should have above average performance evaluation ratings and exhibit the Alliance values.
After extensive evaluation of the nominations by the Board of Directors, the MVC Award was given to Ralf Jay D. Mosqueda of the Cebu office, for implementing and improvising the Alliance Quality Management System and ISMS policies attaining Zero NCRs in the 2010 BVQi Audit, and to Anthon Louie D. Te of the Manila office, for successfully handling the Unilab Project, one of the company's biggest projects by far. Mr. Anthon Te was also recognized for spearheading process improvements within the Manila team.
The awarding was held last August 16, 2011 during the company's Quarterly General Meeting, presented by CEO Robert J. Cheng.
The MVC award is one of Alliance's ways to acknowledge exceptional employee accomplishments, and to also further showcase Alliance's commitment to high performance and quality.
