The Alliance Software Incorporated (ASI) officially broke ground for its new 14-story building to facilitate a state-of-the-art facility integrating new technology in workplace to improve employee's working condition and experience.
After two years of rigid planning, ASI launched its P200 million worth complex last August 8.
"Buildcomm Center is a joint venture between Alliance Software and KGK Management Inc. By doing this project, Alliance is showing our confidence in our future as a business organization,” said ASI Chief Operating Officer Robert Cheng.
The office building which is around 1,033 square meters is expected to house retail businesses, Business Processing Outsource (BPO) and Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) offices.
Buildcomm Center is uniquely designed with full a hundred percent back-up power, equipped with CCTV and modern building safety facilities with three high speed elevators.

Attended by the Buildcomm team and Management together with ASI’s Management committee, the ground breaking ceremony formally launched the start of the construction of the Alliance Building Project.
The building’s universal and modern design is expected to deliver comfortable working conditions to the employees.
“This manifests Alliance strong commitment to provide the best working environment for our employees," said Cheng.
The facility is expected to reach completion by the first quarter 2017.
