Alliance Software Inc. demonstrated its commitment to providing high quality and consistent service to its clients through achieving certification to the internationally recognized ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 standards. Following an independent assessment conducted by TUV Rheinland, an established pioneering certification body in the Philippines, Alliance passed the accreditation process— making it one of the very few companies in Metro Cebu to be certified for both Quality Management System (9001:2015) and Information Security Management Systems (27001:2013).

A long and arduous process

To become ISO 9001:2015 and 27001:2013 compliant, Alliance underwent a rigorous twelve-month evaluation process that involved all employees and management at all levels. The process of being certified went beyond the quality control team to the entire organization that included series of management system reviews, internal audits, and clearing of non-conformances.

Employees of Alliance Software Inc. shares the pride for this achievement—a welcome validation of the high quality standard that the company offers to its customers. While this is a commendable accomplishment, this also serve as a substantial challenge for the company to always maintain the required standards, achieve continuous improvement, and enhance customer satisfaction.
