In-line with its core initiative to equip new employees with significant knowledge on quality processes, company technologies and development standards before their actual project deployment, Alliance started its training program for the first batch of 2018 Newbies last April 23. This internal initiative headed by Senior HR Manager Rizalina Cañete together with the PMO team aims to orient the newly hired fresh graduates about the company – including the programming languages used in the existing projects, the SDLC process, and the Quality Assurance & Project Management style.

Being able to handle and observe newbies for five years, Senior HR Specialist Charisma Dacua believes in the effectiveness of the program. In an interview with Bridge, she said that the training prepares the newbies on their transition from being a student to being a part of the workforce in Alliance. She added that those who participated in the program showed greater technical and interpersonal skills than those who didn't undergo the program.

By the first week of July, Alliance will embrace another batch of newbies who are expected to undergo the same trainings. This initiative ultimately lives up to Alliance's commitment in honing its human resources by bringing out their utmost potential in quality service.
