Alliance, once again, celebrated the month of October filled with spook-tacular events and treats. In the active spirit of company’s LiveIT Campaign, the ASJ Creative Team; which is composed of Michael Libosada, Edbert Jason Estevez, Cielo Pangilinan, and Charisma Dacua; spearheaded the fun by hosting different Halloween events last October 22-26.

This year, Alliance took the hype of famous TV Series and incorporated their themes to each business unit. Diverse creativity was evident from the week-long floor design contest. BSG became fierce yet friendly zombies, ROW was transported to the fairytale realm, ASJ roared for medieval fantasy and AEES/JOC thrilled visitors with its strange ghost town ambience. On the day of the culmination, Alliance employees set the bars up even higher when they dressed up as their favorite characters with some having done full facial paint and wore iconic accessories. Kids also did not miss out Alliance’s Trick or Treat. Accompanied by their guardians, the children in their cute outfits were given sweets and variety of goodies when they toured around Alliance. In the afternoon, the most anticipated showdown of talents per floor commenced. All kinds of theatricals ensued during the floor role plays, while some danced their stress out to the groove on flash mob competition.

At the end of the day, the best of all well-dressed were recognized and awarded. Jane Colleen Ventura (ASJ), Fretzel Eve Sanchez (AEES/JOC), Pelisa Jane Pepito (BSG) and Gerald Martin Madarang (ROW) were acknowledged in showcasing the best costume from their respective floor themes. AEES/JOC was hailed to have the best floor design and most outstanding role play while BSG bagged the first place in Flash Mob Competition.
