The career expo aims to help Alliance find exemplary applicants and best talents through an established Employee Referral Program (ERP). Alliance is looking to hire Associate and Technical Specialists to prepare for expansion through 2019 and 2020.

"I think Alliance must invest in this channel because engagement-wise, it's beneficial. Working with friends is always better and though indirectly, will help reduce attrition." says Marvie Eleanor Monzolin, Alliance Senior Recruitment Specialist.

The ERP delivers high-quality candidates and continues to boost internal engagement. The campaign is part of an active effort to introduce benefits, vouchers and referral incentives to current employees.

Employees can significantly contribute to the program by tapping on their networks to fill open positions in Alliance and encourage them to endorse qualified applicants whose values and performance align with the organization's corporate culture.

They are a great advocate in branding and help promote job fair events to a larger audience through social media posts and public platforms.

On top of this, hiring employees' friends and family makes for an inviting environment and boosts productivity in the workplace. The success of their referrals also adds up to a sense of accomplishment and participation in taking the company a huge leap forward.

The One-day career fair was coordinated with the different business unit heads who conducted the series of final interviews and gave positive reviews on the roster of applicants. Also present in the event were CEO/President Robert Cheng, Rizalina Cańete, Senior HR Supervisor, Annalie Miñoza, ASJ and JOC Head, JOC Manager Jerrel Jay Arreza, supervisors and other Alliance Human Resources staff and employees.
