Alliance establishes partnership with Nexseed to upgrade the technical set of Japanese students who want to pursue a career in the IT industry as Bridge Software Engineer (BSE). The primary objective of the half-year training program is to widen the pool of Japanese BSEs which is one of Alliance’s resource critical requirement.

In an interview with Bridge, Alliance Associate HR Specialist Araceli Adlawon said that Alliance and its HR Training and Recruitment Unit initiated the collaborative training program to help inspire Japanese IT students to upgrade their skills in Java technology. This is also to immerse them in the real industry set-up. Adlawon also stated that the initiative would definitely enhance their knowledge and in turn let them appreciate their chosen career path better once they already have a good grasp of the technology, the essence of Bridge Software Engineer as a role and the IT industry as a whole. In the end of the training, Alliance hopes to acquire more talents, widen the BSE candidates’ pool and lessen the training effort once students are given permanent employment.
