Over the years, Alliance Software Inc. has established intensive training grounds for newly
hired fresh graduates as they mark their first steps into the industry. This year, the on-boarding program carries a new brand - the Alliance Emerge Program.
Alliance welcomes its first ever batch of Emerge Program newbies with 35 fresh new faces coming from different accredited institutions. They underwent the same groundwork as all trainees have - discussions of different programming languages, soaking in the company's quality standards, down to a glimpse of project management. The Emerge Program kicks it up a notch by having a mandatory Nihongo training set to run for months which will come in handy for their future endeavors in the company. By the end of the program, it is expected that they will have a smoother transition from being a student to being a part of the working team in Alliance.
Miss Charisma Dacua, Senior HR Specialist, witnessed significant progress with their technical abilities and interpersonal skills through the program – producing well-rounded developers competent in both technical and managerial aspects.
Alliance launched the Emerge Program last April 22 and newbies were deployed last May 20. By molding these fresh talents to bring out their utmost potential, Alliance lives up to its commitment towards world-class excellence and top-notch services.
