Alliance hosted its annual Dependent Tuition Assistance Program gathering on Friday, July 12, 2019.

The assistance program, running on its 5th year, is part of Alliance's mission of providing educational opportunities and professional development, extended to employees' family members.

The reception was held to recognize and honor the achievements of the beneficiaries. The scholars showcased awards from the previous academic year and had the opportunity to share their talents through lively presentations. The parents of the students were also present in the event.

"Rafael sincerely asked to move out from his old school," said Jerrel Jay Arreza, JOC Manager, "And then, the current one, though expensive, has really made him blossom more into sports, social interaction, and leadership."

He added that this benefit will continue to support the cause of raising youth that can do more for the community.

This policy is applicable to all permanent and regularized employees including consultants. The employee must be an ATS and up level and employed with Alliance for at least two (2) years and with an ME PES rating at the time of the application. This benefit can be availed starting from the child’s pre-school term (e.g., nursery, kindergarten) up to college years.

Under the program, each eligible dependent child will receive a tuition assistance of up to 60% of his/her annual tuition fee.
