- Graduate of any Business-related courses.
- At least 2 years experience in sales with background in account management.
- Preferably with background in business partner & channels development.
- Experience handling solutions product is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Plans and carries out activities to find and attract potential customers.
- Builds and keeps track of a list of interested clients and possible sales opportunities.
- Stays updated on the company’s products and services, including their key benefits and how they stand out from competitors.
- Gives clear and engaging presentations to help potential clients understand the value of the company's offerings.
- Engages in negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements on solutions/services, pricing, terms and conditions.
- Shares regular updates with the team about sales progress, challenges, and new opportunities.
- Gathers and relays customer feedback to the relevant departments to contribute to solution/service improvements.
- Utilizes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and other relevant technologies.
- Delivers sales revenue based on agreed targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams for seamless project handovers.
