Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• For Japanese applicants: can speak in English language (both written and spoken).
• For Filipino applicants: native-level proficiency in Japanese language (both written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Knowledgeable in agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Ensures clear communication and project alignment between Japanese-speaking clients and our development team.
• Contributes to the development of software solutions, ensuring client needs and quality standards are met.
• Translates technical documents, user manuals, and other materials from Japanese to English and vice versa.
• Acts as a primary point of contact for Japanese-speaking clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations effectively.
