Responsibilities
  • Coordinates with the Delivery Team on implementation/support schedules and project/ticket updates.
  • Acts as liaison between clients and the internal delivery team to address and resolve concerns in a timely manner.
  • Prepares and maintains complete and accurate project/support documentation.
  • Supports overall project/support monitoring to ensure deliverables are met within agreed timelines.
