Responsibilities
- Coordinates with the Delivery Team on implementation/support schedules and project/ticket updates.
- Acts as liaison between clients and the internal delivery team to address and resolve concerns in a timely manner.
- Prepares and maintains complete and accurate project/support documentation.
- Supports overall project/support monitoring to ensure deliverables are met within agreed timelines.
