- BS degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related course.
- Experience in recruitment & sourcing candidates for IT & BPO industry is a plus (Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).
- Strong interpersonal skills with good level of maturity.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Managing a high-volume pipeline of candidates across various technical positions.
- Pre-screen all new applications and identify applicants who passed the qualification requirements as per job specifications.
- Attend job fairs and other recruitment related events.
- Organize schedules of exam for candidates and prepare necessary documents, test materials, questionnaires, answer sheets, etc.
- Administer and check technical exams.
- ontribute to strategic planning to resolve manpower needs.
- Schedule initial, technical & final interviews for shortlisted candidates.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to identify and determine candidates’ qualifications.
- Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
