- Graduate of any Business-related courses.
- Open to fresh graduates, candidates with relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development are an advantage.
- Experience or exposure to software solutions or technology-based products is preferred but not required.
- Strong interest in product presentation, client engagement, and business solutions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to business users.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City.
Responsibilities
- Plans and carries out product strategies, including how to present the product in a way that makes it stand out in the market.
- Reviews market trends, customer needs, and competitors to help guide product improvements and marketing plans.
- Collaborate with Marketing team on product campaigns, webinars, events, and thought-leadership content to generate qualified leads.
- Identify, onboard, support and manage business partners and resellers for each product/service assigned.
- Work closely with customers and sales team and translate insights and feedback into product improvements, feature enhancements, and roadmap priorities.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to understand client requirements, pain points, and business processes.
- Help create training materials so both team members and clients can easily understand how the product works and what it offers.
- Provide product support to sales team during client meetings, demos, and proposal development.
- Regularly updates the management team with reports on product sales progress, challenges, and new opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Customer Success Team to ensure smooth client handover and product implementation.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the relevant departments to contribute to solution/service improvements.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools and other relevant technology.
- Deliver product sales revenue based on agreed targets and quotas.
