Qualifications

• Graduate of Computer Science/Engineering or related courses, preferably with a master’s degree or has attended various executive (post-graduate) courses.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience managing teams in IT/Software development or equivalent areas.
• Excellent proficiency in English, with strong communication skills (both oral and written).
• Demonstrates a balanced, adaptable personality, effectively engaging in diverse situations and team dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Handles business responsibilities for one or more projects.
• Handles people management to ensure member’s various concerns are addressed.
• Ensures revenue targets are met.
• Acts as main link between the client and the internal technical team.
• Reviews of client / customer requirements.
• Oversees projects to ensure development is on time.
• Ensures the conformance of the projects to the Quality System.
• Measures the productivity and technical vitality of all team members.
• Leads in System Integration.
